1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YumPrep application and website (“App”) and its related services (collectively, the “Service”), provided by YUMSHU (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

YumPrep is an AI-powered interview preparation platform. The Service includes, but is not limited to:

• AI-simulated mock interviews (text, voice, and video).
• Resume parsing, analysis, and optimization suggestions.
• Question banks and daily practice challenges.
• Performance scoring and feedback reports.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To access certain features, you may be required to register an account using your email address, phone number, or third-party accounts (e.g., Apple, Google).
• Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. User Content

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including your resume, profile information, and responses during mock interviews (“User Content”).
• License: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, analyze, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service (e.g., generating feedback on your interview performance).
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to upload content that is illegal, offensive, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise harmful.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Use the Service to train other AI models or compete with our Service.
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person via the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free and Paid Services: The Service offers both free features and paid subscriptions (e.g., VIP Membership, Monthly/Yearly plans, unlocking additional interview quotas).
• Billing: Payments are processed through third-party certified payment providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Prices are displayed within the App and are subject to change.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription Services may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's account settings (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play settings). Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the respective app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) or payment provider.

7. AI Limitations and Disclaimer

• AI Output: The Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate questions, feedback, and scores. AI is not infallible and may occasionally produce incorrect, biased, or nonsensical information.
• No Professional Advice: The content provided by the Service is for educational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional career counseling or a guarantee of employment.
• “As Is” Basis: The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content), including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models, are and will remain the exclusive property of YUMSHU and its licensors.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUMSHU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

10. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your information.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
